Day 2 - Silver Lily of the Valley

For day 2 of my 30 days, 30 flower pendants challenge I decided to make a silver Lily of the Valley necklace. When I was in London on Monday I walked past a small independent flower shop and they had the tiniest, cutest Lily of the Valley plant I have ever seen, I was in love! I decided I was going to purchase it but I was on my way to sit in the sun and have a catch up with my best friend who I hadn’t seen for a few months. I thought it would be best to leave the plant in the shade (as Lily of the Valley plants don’t like to be exposed to full sun) and purchase it on my way back to the tube station. I was gutted when I went to purchase the plant on my return and the shop had closed early. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since; so to pay homage to that plant, which should have joined my plant collection in my workshop, I chose to make a silver Lily of the Valley pendant today.
