+ Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders from our workshop in the UK within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday). All rings, and select products (as stated on the individual listings) will be made to order therefore could take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. For large quantity orders please use the contact form or email: danniella@wilde-flower.com to receive an estimated dispatch date.

All orders to EU addresses should be placed via our Etsy page which can be found at: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/WildeFlowerJewellery You will be charged VAT and Customs Duties at the point of sale rather than when they arrive in your country, speeding up your delivery service.

+ Delivery

All orders are sent via the UK's national postal service ‘Royal Mail’ and will be delivered via your country's equivalent. All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Delivery to the UK typically arrives the next working day from dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery is the sole responsibility of the couriers and customs officers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

+ Customs & Duty

You are responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your order at the time of importation, and for paying those charges. This is the customers responsibility and by purchasing from Wilde Flower you are agreeing to pay these additional charges.

Please be aware that if you refuse to pay customs charges, we will not be able to refund your order until the item is returned to us and refund for the delivery cost will not be granted.

+ Returns

Wilde Flower is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all our customers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us using the online form or email danniella@wilde-flower.com to request a return.

All unused full priced items in original condition and packaging are returnable for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts is not eligible for return.

Discounted items are final sale and therefore cannot be returned.

Customised items are not eligible for return. Any jewellery that has been personalised cannot be returned since they are an individual, bespoke piece of jewellery. Please be aware that these are hand made, not done by a machine, so there may be imperfections.

Due to hygine reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. We recommend using an insured courier to return your item as we at Wilde Flower are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit back to us.

Once the item has been received by us, we will inspect the item and so long as we deem it meets the requirements outlined above, we will issue a refund within 7 days.

If items were purchased using a digital gift card the refund will be issued as a gift card.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, this will only cover the value of the piece not the original shipping cost.

+ Damaged Goods

All Wilde Flower products go through rigorous quality control checks before being dispatched. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged please use the contact form or email danniella@wilde-flower.com with a thorough description and where possible photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt. Once assessed we will send you a replacement piece & pre-paid return label to send the original item back to us.

We cannot not offer refunds for goods damaged by courier only replacements.
